Ravenna again!

very well...a year and something passed, and here we are again! The same country, same city, same street, same house. Only one floor higher and at the moment just Alenka and me, since we’re flatmate hunting yet... It feels kinda funny, to walk through the streets you’ve walked many times before, familiar places...which at the same time are places you can’t really say you know. A dreamy experience.

 
There are many things i like about the current situation...one of them might not seem so cool, but i like it...at least in the moment. It is the regularity, the order of my life. I just have to wake up early in the morning to catch the train and in the afternoon i take another train home. And i like that. I like going by train. And i enjoy going to work by train and bike. It’s the freedom, space and relaxation. Buses are small...in the way you can’t stretch your legs, can’t walk, can’t let the wind blow in your face. And car...well, car is fast, comfortable, but you gotta watch out, can’t dream. Those are the advantages of bike and train. And that’s why i wanna catch the morning train. That was a small diversion. Anyway, it fells good to be here again, although i guess i’ll enjoy it more at the end of next week... And when Francesco says Ravenna is dead as a student city? I doubt that, but anyways, i wouldn’t mind, i’m settling down, you know. At the moment i prefer living in a dead city to dying in a living one. It allows you to start slowly...let's say, by looking out of the kitchen door
